I've been studying Pilates with Harriet for over 20 years. The changes I have experienced in my body are dramatic. I have more strength, flexibility and better posture than I did 20 years ago. I studied with another studio before I found Harriet, and she transformed my practice from good to great. Her body awareness, intuition, and ability to bring a wealth of knowledge from other disciplines into her teaching is unique. Every session is tailored to give me just what I need that day.
