Woodside Pilates is a private studio nestled in the easy to get to hills of Redwood City. The studio features two reformers, a Trapeze Table (or Cadillac), a CoreAlign, mirrors, two combo chairs.

We feature a mind body orientation, working 'in' rather than working 'out', incorporating the Alexander Technique, the Franklin Method and CoreAlign.

$80 for 90 minute evaluation

Beginners are welcome. Movement is encouraged.
