Woodside Pilates is a private studio nestled in the Emerald Lake Hills of Redwood City. The studio features two reformers, a Trapeze Table (or Cadillac), a CoreAlign, mirrors, EXO chair...and tons of other toys.

We feature a mind body orientation, working 'in' rather than working 'out', incorporating the Alexander Technique, the Franklin Method and Core/Align. Beginners welcome.
